What You’ll Do

This role will focus on outbound prospecting in the United States market, generating qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach while working U.S. business hours. The ideal candidate brings atleast 3 years of experience in sales development and is comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and grow pipeline activity in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and targeting strategies
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the funnel
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach, qualification, and pipeline targets
  • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings

What We Need

  • Atleast 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach role for an IT/SaaS/tech company
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling)
  • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus
  • Must be willing to work US business hours
