<p><b>About the role</b><br>We’re looking for a CRM Manager to join our Digital Services team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, covering a period of parental leave.  </p><p></p><p>Our Digital Services team is a specialist group supporting large UK charities with the delivery of CRM communications for major fundraising events. Working in an agency‑style environment, the team works with charities to deliver and optimise high‑impact multi-channel campaigns. </p><p></p><p>You’ll support the delivery of impactful email campaigns for some of the UK’s largest charities, this is a hands‑on role with plenty of coaching, collaboration and exposure to large‑scale CRM programmes.
