Learning and Development Executive Intern

<p>This is a remote position.</p> MTC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning and Development Executive Part-Time Consultant to support our training initiatives and contribute to the growth and professional development of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to assist in designing and implementing effective training programs. This is a part-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the engineering field.<br> <br> As a Learning and Development Executive your roles and responsibility will be as follows :<br> <br> <p>Core Functional Responsibilities<br></p> <ul> <li>Implementing various methods for e-learning and online training in our platform<br></li> <li>Creating new course template, workshop templates in our platform. <br></li> <li>Analyse and evaluate the organizational as well as individual development needs <br></li> <li>Arrange and attend different meetings and discussions for better knowledge on training ideas <br></li> <li>Work closely with the managers, mentors and HR for better development<br></li> <li>Figure out the new techniques that are execute, Examines the results after executing the new ideas  <br></li> <li>Stay up-to-date towards the new information that are enter into the industrial sectors regarding learning & development<br></li> <li>Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities<br></li> <li>Help mentors develop their team members through career pathing<br></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Assist in the development and delivery of engineering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineering team.<br></li> <li>Collaborate with senior engineers and trainers to create engaging training materials, presentations, and workshops.<br></li> <li>Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all participants receive timely and accurate information about the training events.<br></li> <li>Provide administrative support for training activities, including maintaining training records, tracking attendance, and preparing training reports.<br></li> <li>Respond to inquiries from engineering staff regarding training opportunities, resources, and requirements.<br><br><br></li> </ul> <br> General Responsibility <br> <br> <ul> <li>A brief summary knowledge about Learning management system <br></li> <li>Attending face-to-face meeting with clients when necessary <br></li> <li>Rapport building with employees & vendors <br></li> <li>Having good understanding with l &d tactics <br></li> <li>Fixing the goals to achieve the target easily <br></li> <li>Work with reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams<br></li> </ul> <ul> <li>Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various day-to-day activities<br></li> <li>Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.<br></li> <li>Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in engineering practices and technologies to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content.<br></li> <li>Assist in the organization of engineering workshops, seminars, and events to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.<br></li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify specific training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps and individual development goals.<br></li> <li>Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall effectiveness of the training and development initiatives<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of engineering principles and concepts.<br></li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others.<br></li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage training logistics effectively.<br></li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.<br></li> <li>A proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br></li> <li>Prior experience in training coordination or instructional design (preferred but not mandatory).<br></li> <li>Strong leadership quality with attention to detail work<br></li> <li>Quick learner with a positive attitude <br></li> <li>Solid knowledge of the most current technology & its processes<br></li> <li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills<br></li> <li>Ability to motivate and inspire the team & co-workers.<br></li> <li>Bsc/BA in Business Administration or Psychology.
