Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.Partner with the bestThe Masoneilan Product Trainer Provides expertise in analyzing technical learning needs for a business or function then designs and delivers training solutions. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.As a Masoneilan Product Trainer , you will be responsible for:Developing and continuous improvement of basic valve fundamentals and industry curriculum in alignment with the needs of the commercial operations and sales teams.Leading and conducting Masoneilan control valves and Consolidated pressure relief valves product training per the established calendar and/or on demand for the NA and LATAM region; assist in global training needs as required.Responding to sales and marketing feedback by adjusting training curriculum based on market requirements and competition; remaining consistent with product strategy.Coordinating with sales directors of North America and Latin America to ensure appropriate training is assigned to support sales development, and that message is consistent with defined strategies.Participating in the development and deployment of digital platform training and LMS programs to improve the internal and channel learning experience.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will require:Have a Bachelor's degree in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Chemical or Instrumentation and ControlsHave 7 years of experience in application engineering and/or technical sales in industrial process control markets involving control valves and/or pressure relief valvesHave proven leadership abilitiesHave a solid process and program management skillsHave strong communication skills and confidence with executive presentationsHave the ability to leverage marketing tools and processesHave knowledge of Masoneilan and/or Consolidated productsHave experience in developing and deploying on-line LMS system and associated modules.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
