How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

As a Product Line Intern, you will be responsible for supporting profitability and the introduction or expansion of various product lines into the US region as part of the Cabinets and Power Division. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Engineering, Operations and Procurement to develop and implement strategies that bring new products to the market. This role will be based in Richardson, Texas.

The Product Line Intern plays a key role in supporting the Product Line Manager with initiatives aimed at driving growth.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market analysis to analyze market data, competitive landscapes, and technological trends to define new product requirements and potential customer segments.
  • Product Strategy/Development: Developing new products based on market analysis, customer needs, and sales justifications. Working closely with engineering to assist in defining product specifications.
  • Product Launch and Sales Support: Supporting required marketing documentation and sales presentations.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
  • Be a Sophomore, Junior, Senior or enrolled in Grad School at the time of the internship.
  • Have a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Project management skills required to manage project timelines and meet deliverables.
  • Ability to locate and analyze market trends and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to work on multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively across various cross functions.
