It is designed for established advisors who wish to leverage a robust operational infrastructure to secure high-quality deal flow for their investor networks, while optionally utilizing our global specialist pool to support their existing client accounts.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities & Integration</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Capital Introduction:</strong> Facilitate introductions between qualified capital allocators and our internal portfolio of mid-market companies seeking capital raises, typically ranging from $5M to $20M.</li><li><strong>Streamlined Due Diligence:</strong> Access companies that have already undergone months of fractional management, operational restructuring, and financial sanitization by our internal operators.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:</strong> Manage all investor relationships independently, ensuring full adherence to the regulatory frameworks, licensing requirements, and placement rules of your operating jurisdiction.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Profile Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Professional Experience:</strong> A minimum of 10 years of credentials within investment banking, private equity, or family office advisory.</li><li><strong>Investor Coverage:</strong> An active, direct network of relationships with Single-Family Offices, Multi-Family Offices, or Qualified Purchasers seeking mid-market, cross-border allocations.</li><li><strong>Operational Mindset:</strong> An independent advisory approach with a preference for a success-based, revenue-sharing equity model over traditional corporate employment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Structure</strong></p><p>This arrangement functions strictly as an independent, principal-level partnership driven by an evergreen, success-based revenue-share model on executed transactions.</p>
