You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.</p><p></p><p>What you’ll do </p><p>• Systemisation Leadership: Lead the improvement, maturation, and futureproofing of Weir’s sustainability data processes and systems, ensuring robust non-financial reporting and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and value creation. </p><p>• Data Transition Management: Plan and deliver the transition of Scope 1–3 CO₂e accounting to Weir Business Services, overseeing migration plans, managing risks, and ensuring alignment with ESG assurance and governance frameworks. </p><p>• KPI Systemisation: Define and systemise material ESG KPIs, including water intensity, customer safety, and responsible supply chain metrics, ensuring practical, consistent data capture aligned with reporting needs. </p><p>• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain effective relationships across Divisions and Corporate Functions, working closely with senior stakeholders to improve sustainability data governance and consolidation. </p><p>• IS&T Integration: Act as the sustainability representative within the IS&T Product Operating Model, ensuring sustainability requirements are embedded in digital, data, and systems initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA integration. </p><p>• Insight Delivery: Partner with Sustainability and business teams to translate sustainability data into actionable insights that drive improved performance, risk management, and opportunity <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">identification. </span></p><p>• Innovation and Monitoring: Monitor external ESG systems and emerging technologies, including AI, to recommend and support ‘buy versus build’ decisions and interim solutions. </p><p>• Travel Requirements: Occasional travel may be required to engage with Divisions, functions, and key stakeholders globally. </p><p>• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.</p><p></p><p>**What you’ll bring** </p><p></p><p>Must-haves:</p><p>• Degree-level qualification in IT or related discipline. </p><p>• Proven experience with IS&T Product Operating Model and sustainability data systems. </p><p>• Strong skills in IT, data analysis, governance, and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Common Data Platform, and Collibra. </p><p>• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience leading cross-functional teams across divisions and time zones.</p><p></p><p>Nice-to-haves:</p><p>• Experience evaluating specialist third-party tools and making build vs buy decisions. </p><p>• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG assurance processes. </p><p>• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise data platforms. </p><p>• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to manage complex organizational dynamics.</p><p></p><p>Why join Weir? </p><p>We live our values we think safety first, do the right thing, respect each other, aim high, and delight our customers.
