This Product Manager will be a key member of our globall team, working directly with our US clients on mission critical engagements.</p> <p>The Product Manager is responsible for the overall business success of our clients’ software products. In particular, this includes working closely with clients to strategically advise them and build solutions in order to help them solve business problems and propel their business forward. The Product Manager will work closely and partner with global delivery teams (Engineering and Program Management) and the Client Services team to support pre-sales efforts; to consult with clients on business challenges; deliver best of breed products using Agile practices; and drive growth.šŸš€šŸ’»</p> <p></p> <p></p><p><br></p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><div> <ul> <li> <p>Work collaboratively with our clients to build and design a broad digital strategy then lead our teamsĀ  to execute against it.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as the cross-functional product lead of distributed product team members from our delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada and Romania.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with the engineering leads to manage the overall progress of a project and use of resources, including the initiation of corrective action if required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the team to progressively execute against a short-term plan by prioritizing and planning the content and timeline for releases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Define product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segment(s) as the go-to expert for the product.</p> </li> <li> <p>Effectively make prioritization trade offs within the confines of product goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Communicate plans, priorities, and status to the client, team members, and internal management as appropriate.</p> </li> <li> <p>Measure and improve business and customer value delivered, develop KPIs, monitor progress continuously, and report on milestones and deliverables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain a high awareness of industry issues and trends, particularly in regards to accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, with a view to incorporating these in future projects and staying ahead of the market.</p> </li> </ul> </div><p><br></p><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b><div> <ul> <li> <p>At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing Product Management positionĀ </p> </li> <li> <p>At least 4 years of consulting experience</p> </li> <li> <p>Expertise working with complex digital products, business logic, process, and a variety of clients</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience in organizational leadership, including experience working with and influencing teams and executive leads</p> </li> <li> <p>A strong track record of problem solving and a ā€œroll up your sleevesā€ mentality</p> </li> <li> <p>Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to see the bigger picture among the details</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working with global teams a MUST</p> </li> <li> <p>Highly culturally aware</p> </li> <li> <p>Well versed in User Research; championing users’ needs across the customer experience, facilitating workshops</p> </li> <li> <p>Relationship builder.
