Responsibilities
  • Own the electrical and electronic system integration of unmanned aerial systems, including wiring and harness design, electrical architecture, and physical integration.
  • Design and continuously improve wiring harnesses (routing, shielding, grounding, connectors, installation constraints).
  • Create and maintain electrical documentation: drawings, wiring diagrams, ICDs, specifications, configurations.
  • Plan and execute electrical testing at component, subsystem, and system level.
  • Support system integration, ground testing, and flight testing, including hands‑on troubleshooting.
  • Perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain technical documentation in line with internal processes and applicable aviation standards.
  • Perform electrical assembly, integration, and rework to support testing activities.
  • Manage and coordinate with avionics, electronics, and harness suppliers.
  • Take ownership of system design for assigned electrical/electronic systems throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and design standards.
  • Support certification and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to design‑for‑manufacturing and design‑for‑maintenance activities for electrical systems and harnesses.
Your Profile
  • Higher education in Electrical Engineering, Avionics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Alternatively: solid technical training (e.g., Aircraft Electronics Technician) with relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical/electronics/avionics/system integration engineering.
  • Strong experience in electrical and harness design, manufacturing support, assembly, and testing.
  • Proficiency with at least one major electrical CAD/ECAD tool for schematics, wiring, or harness design.
  • Experience in high‑quality and safety‑critical environments (aviation, automotive, medical devices, rail, etc.).
  • Hands‑on mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High degree of adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑discipline.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Experience with M365 tools (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong ownership mentality and proactive attitude.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in regulated environments; relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
  • Experience in software integration, configuration, or basic programming (avionics or embedded systems).
  • Experience with PCB design, layout, and manufacturing support.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
