About the Role & Team

Our People team is a collaborative and international group distributed across our offices in Madrid, Aarhus, and Copenhagen. The team consists of Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Business Partners, and People Operations. You will report directly to our Global People Director.

You will join a close-knit and ambitious Talent Acquisition team that plays a key role in shaping Formalize’s growth by attracting and hiring top talent across our European markets. We primarily recruit for our largest markets: Spain, Italy, France/Benelux, the Nordics, and the DACH region. Despite being geographically distributed, we work closely together, support one another, and share a strong sense of ownership and team spirit.

What you will do In this role, you will primarily partner with our commercial departments - Sales and Customer Success, while also supporting other teams such as People and Marketing when needed.

As a member of our Talent Acquisition team will be going on maternity leave in August, you will take full ownership of recruitment for our commercial roles. This means you will work independently, with ongoing support from the TA team based in Denmark. We hold weekly check-ins to align on progress and hiring needs. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and markets, from sourcing and screening to offer stage

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on best practices, market insights, and candidate evaluation

  • Proactively sourcing and engaging top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey

  • Managing and maintaining accurate candidate data in our ATS (TeamTailor)

  • Contributing to strengthening our employer brand and continuously improving our recruitment processes

What you bring
  • A couple of years of experience within Talent Acquisition, preferably as an in-house recruiter

  • Experience hiring for commercial roles (e.g. Sales, Customer Success)

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams, functions, and locations
  • A structured and proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without losing attention to detail

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment with evolving priorities and changing needs

  • Professional proficiency in English; fluency in German, Spanish, Danish, Italian, or French is considered a strong advantage

Practicalities
  • Salary: 29.000 - 40.000 euros yearly, depending on level of experience

  • Office location: Maria de Molina 39, Madrid
