Funcions i requisits de la vacant TÈCNIC/A SISTEMES NIVELL I

Integrat/da en l’equip de tècnics/ques i en dependència directa del Responsable del departament, assumiria les següents funcions: - Diagnosticar i resoldre fallades complexes de hardware, software i xarxes relacionades amb suport.
  • Administrar usuaris, permisos i equips dins dels sistemes corporatius.
  • Implementar solucions preventives i propostes de millora en l’àmbit del suport tècnic.
  • Donar suport i assessorament a la resta de tècnics de suport, garantint la resolució eficient de les incidències.
  • Col·laborar estreta i coordinadament amb els tècnics de sistemes per a l’escalat i resolució d’incidències crítiques.
  • Documentar totes les intervencions i mantenir actualitzada la base de coneixement.
  • Participar en projectes de desplegament i actualització de sistemes o equips.
