Buscamos una persona para el puesto de Técnico/a de mejora continua cuyas principales funciones serían las siguientes:
Diseñar y analizar los procesos vigentes con el objetivo de detectar ineficiencias, pérdidas de tiempo o desperdicio de recursos.
Colaborar en la identificación de oportunidades de optimización en flujos de trabajo y operaciones.
Documentar y actualizar procedimientos operativos de las distintas áreas.
Elaborar manuales de trabajo, checklists y documentación técnica para los equipos operativos.
Implementar herramientas y metodologías de mejora continua para estandarizar y optimizar procesos.
Proponer e impulsar la implementación de mejoras orientadas a la optimización, reducción de costes y aumento de la productividad.
Acompañar en el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de proyectos de mejora continua, incluyendo la definición de objetivos, plazos y recursos.

Requisitos mínimos
Grado en Ingeniera de organización industrial
2 años de experiencia en procesos de mejora
Manejo alto del paquete office, además de herramientas de análisis de datos (valorable conocimiento de PowerBI)
