And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!</span></p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Job Description</span></p><p>As a Multi-Account Global Account Manager ("Multi-GAM") you will represent Rockwell Automation's comprehensive product and solution portfolio to two Global Account customers who have made a substantial business commitment. You will plan and implement sales to specific existing major accounts where growing relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical. Accounts are top priorities, frequently have multiple buying locations internationally, making the process of establishing broad client relationships essential. This remote role will report to the Sales Manager – Global Accounts.</p><p></p><h3>Your Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Work with the Global Accounts at senior management and executive levels. Convey Rockwell Automation's products and services in a manner that shows tangible economic value, linked to customer business drivers and key performance indicators.</li><li>Develop a trust-based, mutually beneficial relationship with principal customer sponsors of the Global Accounts. Must mature and formalize Global Account relationship expectations and address all Rockwell Automation products and services with a growth strategy for each that maximizes "customer share" across all global regions.</li><li>Ensure that the Global Accounts have access to all Rockwell Automation resources by establishing excellent working relationships with the product group and business units, geographic sales management, international and senior management.</li><li>Participate in the Global Accounts' manufacturing, planning, and implementation teams to provide control/information input at an early stage. Through this participation, recommend strategies to Rockwell Automation to benefit the Global Accounts.</li><li>Identify new growth opportunities in products and services for the mutual benefit of Rockwell Automation and the Global Accounts.</li><li>Collaborate with main ecosystem partners globally to increase share within the Global Accounts and develop strategies to grow this share, and expand partnerships with our system integrator and OEM ecosystem.</li><li>Ensure familiarity with company policies and procedures, and apply them in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures include, but not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & 14000, government regulations (e.g. health, safety, quality and environmental).</li></ul><p></p><h3>The Essentials - You Will Have:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.</li><li>The ability to travel up to 40% of the time.</li><li>A valid drivers license.</li></ul><p></p><h3>The Preferred - You Might Also Have:</h3><ul><li>5+ years of Corporate Account Management experience.</li><li>5+ years of experience in technical sales, industrial distribution, systems integration or an engineering firm, or graduate of the Rockwell Automation Sales Training Program</li><li>Applied experience in one or more areas related to selling from within the Rockwell Automation organization or in similar industry.
