This role will work at the intersection of finance, strategy, analytics, and business performance to support key decision-making that aligns with the firm’s strategy and goals.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Design, analyze, and present performance indicators to business and finance leaders</p></li><li><p>Partner with senior leaders to translate financial data into commercial action</p></li><li><p>Synthesize results to measure performance against annual goals and support practice forecasting</p></li><li><p>Drive forward core financial processes utilizing modern tools, including Tableau, ChatGPT and other LLM-based tools</p></li><li><p>Continuously enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy and reporting quality</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Experience Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics preferred</p></li><li><p>3-5 years’ experience in a consulting, financial, or highly analytical role</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Attributes:</b></p><ul><li><p>Superior analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-organized</p></li><li><p>Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis</p></li><li><p>Intellectual curiosity to seek new challenges and develop creative solutions to problems</p></li><li><p>Sharp communication skills with the ability to advise stakeholders at all levels of the firm</p></li><li><p>Effective management of competing priorities in a fast-changing, dynamic work environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
