The Senior Rocket Engineer will lead and coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting and troubleshooting across multiple programs. Monitors progress and performance against the project plan. </li><li> Takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. </li><li> Identifies, develops, and gathers resources necessary to complete the project. </li><li> Prepares engineering designs and work specifications. </li><li> Develops project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. </li><li> Selects materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience</li><li>Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required</li><li>Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree</li><li>Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills.
