Dental Biller for a USA Client (Remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Biller to help improve insurance collections and support the full dental revenue cycle for our customers. This role is responsible for submitting clean claims, resolving denials, posting payments, managing outstanding A/R, and working with dental practices across general dentistry and specialty offices. This is also an opportunity to help shape internal processes and workflows. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to work with new tools and systems. Key Responsibilities • Submit clean and complete dental insurance claims with proper CDT coding and required attachments. • Post insurance payments and adjustments accurately based on EOPs and reconcile with the practice management system. • Manage aging reports and reduce outstanding A/R by prioritizing claims based on timely filing deadlines and claim value. • Handle denials and appeals by gathering documentation, preparing correspondence, and submitting appeals according to internal processes. • Verify patient eligibility and benefits when needed to resolve claim issues. • Coordinate with dental offices regarding coding, documentation, eligibility, and claim questions. • Communicate with payers, clearinghouses, and client practices to move claims toward resolution. • Collaborate with the software engineering team to identify issues, improve workflows, and help optimize internal tools and systems. Requirements • 5+ years of dental billing experience. • Experience working with multiple practices, specialties, or payer mixes is strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of dental practice management systems such as Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Curve, or similar platforms. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable using Google Workspace and Google Chat. • Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality requirements. • Team-oriented mindset with interest in improving systems and workflows. • Available to work during US business hours.
