Paid Social Manager - fully remote within Europe (m/f/d)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Europe

What it's all about

Your Role
We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager who combines hands-on execution with genuine strategic ownership. The gap we need to close is not campaign management—we can manage campaigns. What we need is someone who builds the roadmap, challenges the status quo, and continuously generates new hypotheses for how to profitably grow our paid social acquisition channels.

You will define what our paid social strategy looks like and execute it from day one. That means setting the channel vision, designing the testing roadmap, owning CAC targets, and developing strong hypotheses around value propositions, creative strategy, audience segmentation, and retargeting infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role. With the leverage AI gives a strong operator, one person can genuinely own multiple paid social channels end-to-end, and that is who we are hiring. As the channels grow, the mandate grows with them: the right person will have the opportunity to build and lead a team around what they have proven.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own paid social channels end-to-end, including strategy, execution, budget pacing, forecasting, and reporting, with full accountability for CAC and profitable traffic growth.
  • Build and own the growth roadmap, creating a continuous pipeline of initiatives, value propositions, audiences, and ad formats, each backed by clear hypotheses, testing frameworks, and success metrics.
  • Own retargeting strategy and execution, including audience segmentation, messaging, and campaign structure, always optimising toward premium conversion.
  • Build and scale catalog ad infrastructure, transforming our job inventory into a high-performing acquisition engine.
  • Partner closely with Creative and Product teams to brief, test, and iterate on ad concepts aligned to different stages of the customer journey.
  • Remove your own blockers by working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to solve tracking, attribution, and platform challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the SEA and Google teams, sharing learnings and identifying opportunities that can be applied across channels.
  • Act as our internal paid social expert, bringing new platform developments, industry best practices, and innovative ideas to the wider team.

What You'll Need

  • 6+ years of paid social experience, combining strategic ownership with hands-on campaign execution and management of significant advertising budgets.
  • A proven track record of scaling customer acquisition through Meta and LinkedIn while maintaining strong performance and efficiency metrics.
  • Strong expertise in tracking, attribution, and measurement, including Pixel implementations, Conversion APIs (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and server-side tracking.
  • Experience leveraging marketing automation tools for bid management, audience synchronization, workflow optimization, and performance reporting.
  • A highly analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to independently identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.

Nice If You Have

  • Experience developing and testing creative strategy to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience with additional paid social channels such as TikTok, Reddit, or X Ads.
  • Background in subscription-based, freemium, or consumer-focused businesses.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page testing.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or business intelligence tools for deeper performance analysis and reporting.

What You Can Expect On Board

  • Fully remote work - collaborate with us from wherever you do your best work.
  • Two channels that are yours to shape: Your decisions move company-level numbers, and you will see the line you bent six months from now.
  • Flexible hours designed to support both productivity and personal balance.
  • The freedom to choose your preferred equipment so you can work comfortably and effectively.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with your expertise and impact.
  • A diverse, supportive team culture that values openness, collaboration, and fresh ideas.
  • Opportunities for professional growth through learning resources, training, and conference support.
  • Memorable team experiences, from European meetups to our annual company summer getaway.
  • The excitement of a startup mindset combined with the stability of a well-established company.
