This role leads commercialization efforts for high-growth remote monitoring initiatives that are being incubated within the Connected Care Ventures, with a primary focus on the U.S.<br/><br/>Two key areas of focus include Hospital-to-Home and Women's Health. Hospital-to-Home focuses on extending acute and post-acute care from the hospital to the home through virtual care, remote patient monitoring, and digitally enabled care pathways. Our Women's Health offerings are reimagining how prenatal and postpartum care are delivered.<br/><br/>The Virtual Care and Remote Monitoring Sales Lead will analyze market dynamics, customer economics, reimbursement environments, and competitive positioning to develop data-driven sales strategies and accurate revenue forecasts. The role engages executive-level stakeholders-including C-suite, service line leaders, clinical champions, and IT decision-makers-to build business cases aligned to health system priorities.<br/><br/><b>Your role:</b><br/><ul><li>Developing and executing enterprise sales strategies targeting U.S.-based health systems - owning prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals</li><li>Building multi-level stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational, financial, and digital leadership</li><li>Crafting value-based proposals that align with health system strategic initiatives (capacity management, value-based care, maternal health improvement, digital transformation)</li><li>Navigating complex procurement processes, contracting structures, and long enterprise sales cycles</li><li>Partnering with other members of the Philips commercial team to identify growth opportunities for the Venture</li><li>Developing strong cross-organizational relationships with sales teams in scaled BU organizations, enabling warm, lead hand-offs when existing customers ask for Hospital to Home and Women's Health solutions</li><li>Becoming a market landscape expert, understanding our competitors, their capabilities, commercial traction, and how we position to win deals against them</li><li>Supporting customer success and account management during net new implementations and program launches</li><li>Generating reliable revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility to support Venture growth objectives</li></ul><br/><br/><b>You're the right fit if:</b><br/><ul><li>You've acquired 5+ years in industry in a role such as business development, clinical sales, sales support, or equivalent for a digital healthcare company, selling to U.S. health systems</li><li>You have a proven track record in full-cycle sales, from outreach to contract close, and are an excellent communicator and natural relationship builder</li><li>You have experience with telehealth, remote monitoring, and/or home-based management of higher-risk patients</li><li>You are digitally fluent, with the ability to translate product nuances into clear, impactful stories and answer technical and strategic questions with confidence</li><li>You have entrepreneurial drive, experience working with startups/ventures, and flexibility to work nimbly as the Venture grows</li><li>You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with executive level management and customers, as well as other commercial teams within Philips</li><li>You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.</li><li>May require 50-70% travel annually </li></ul><br/><br/><b>How we work together</b><br/><br/>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.<br/><br/>This is a field role<br/><br/><b>Philips Transparency Details</b><br/><br/>Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $181,000 to $202,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. <br/><br/>Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
