Essential Qualifications Residency Must reside and work from the United States. (Note We are unable to accept contractors from California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington at this time.) Peak Season Peak rates apply during January through April, offering increased earning potential during the busiest time of year. Compensation & Earnings At arenaflex, we believe in rewarding our contractors for their hard work and dedication. Here's what you can expect Hourly Rate Earn up to $19 per hour based on performance and tenure. Performance Bonuses Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics typically earn between $16-$19/hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50/hour during non-peak periods. Peak Season Premium Enhanced rates apply from January through April, recognizing the increased demand and workload during tax season.
