The 1099-NEC Business Standard & Practice Ownership GoTo Telemed is a provider-centric partnership. Unlike traditional contract work, you own and control your patient panel, creating a growing digital practice asset. • Independent Practice This role operates under a strict 1099-NEC independent contractor standard • Transparent Investment As an independent practitioner, state licensing fees, credentialing upkeep, and platform fees are the practitioner's responsibility. We utilize a highly transparent, single $890 annual investment that covers all platform access, technological services, and ongoing support. There are absolutely no hidden fees or per-visit charges. • Income Potential PAs generate consistent revenue with average earnings of $95 to $1,200 per patient encounter . With consistent patient volume, providers report highly predictable monthly income. Key Clinical & Operational Responsibilities • Outpatient Medical Management Deliver high-quality primary, specialty, and outpatient medication management care with comprehensive support and clinical independence. • Collaborative Care Work in collaboration with physicians to provide comprehensive care across diverse clinical settings and patient populations. • Interprofessional Collaboration Participate in an integrated care model bringing together medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health specialties.
