A work home.”</p><p>If that sounds like you, welcome home.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>End-to-End Ownership:</b> Own the full execution of professional building automation installations—from field mobilization through final commissioning—under any operational conditions.</li><li><b>Mission-Critical Delivery:</b> Install and deliver complex, high-risk, and business-critical systems. You serve as the final technical authority, resolving the toughest controls and integration challenges.</li><li><b>Team Accountability:</b> Take ownership of quality outcomes for the entire field team. You set the execution standards and hold team members accountable for workmanship, documentation accuracy, and customer commitments.</li><li><b>Capability Building:</b> Actively develop the next generation of field leaders. You provide the mentorship, coaching, and technical leadership required to elevate performance across all experience levels.</li><li><b>Branch Risk Management:</b> Partner with Supervisors, Project Managers, and Sales to assess and mitigate technical, schedule, and contractual risks across the branch project portfolio.</li><li><b>Mastery & Growth:</b> Demonstrate total mastery of ALC products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines. Apply this expertise to ensure safe, high-performance system delivery across diverse customer environments.</li><li><b>Travel & Flexibility:</b> Travel as needed to support dynamic field demands. You remain adaptable to changing schedules and priorities, recognizing that field execution directly impacts the company's reputation and retention.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>6+ years of professional experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field.</li><li> Must possess a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.</li><li>Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.</li><li>Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><b>Strategic Technical Leadership:</b> Acts as a technical authority and mentor to junior/mid-level engineers while driving continuous process improvements and high-performance standards.</li><li><b>Complex System Lifecycle:</b> Leads the full turnkey delivery, commissioning, and expert-level troubleshooting of advanced DDC and integrated building automation platforms.</li><li><b>Advanced Networking & Integration:</b> Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in secure TCP/IP networking and the seamless integration of diverse, broad-scale building technologies.</li><li><b>Strategic Customer Advocacy:</b> Serves as the primary senior contact for escalated issues and high-stakes technical discussions, providing tailored solutions and advanced end-user training.</li><li><b>Project Accountability:</b> Oversees turnkey delivery of projects with full accountability for quality and performance.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:left !important"></p><p style="text-align:left !important"><b>Pay Range</b></p>The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
