Overview

We're seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong Apex and Flow expertise to design, build, and maintain high-performing Salesforce applications. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, modernizing legacy code, and optimizing performance in a dynamic, fast-growth organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, before-save, after-save, scheduled, and batch) for scalable automation.

  • Develop and refactor Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes, ensuring performance and maintainability.

  • Build and manage integrations using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC) for event-driven architecture.

  • Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into elegant technical solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Debug and optimize existing processes, reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new capabilities to drive innovation.


Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation best practices.

  • Strong Apex programming skills; experience working with legacy code and complex triggers.

  • Experience implementing Platform Events and CDC integration models.

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and governor limits.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications.

  • Platform Developer I (PD1) or PD2 certification preferred.

  • Fintech or SaaS industry experience.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Git, SFDX, VS Code, and CI/CD frameworks (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
