This role leads strategy and execution across lead generation, conversion, merchandising, and AI-powered sales enablement — the full front door of our Commerce platform. The person who builds this capability will compose how millions of entrepreneurs first experience GoDaddy Commerce. They will also define the growth motion that compounds across every segment we serve.</p> <p>You'll drive measurable revenue impact by coordinating product, sales, promotional efforts, go-to-market, and engineering partners around a unified growth strategy. This includes the first customer touch, lead conversion, and handoff to sales.</li> <li>Drive GPV growth, conversion rate improvement, and sales efficiency through product-led and sales-assisted growth initiatives</li> <li>Define and own success metrics across the funnel — visitor-to-lead rate, lead-to-close rate, CAC, and revenue contribution — with clear accountability at every stage</li> <li>Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across paid acquisition, merchandising, experimentation, and sales enablement</li> <li>Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation program: split testing, multivariate tests, and iterative optimization informed by real SMB customer behavior Experimentation, Intelligence & AI Enablement</li> <li>Treat data and experimentation as infrastructure — own the team's relationship with attribution, CDP, and experimentation platforms (Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent)</li> <li>Lead development and deployment of advanced capabilities like Airo Sales Agent, prospect ranking, tailored customer interactions, intelligent routing, and workflow automation.
