We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Outbound Leads Generation Representatives. In this role, you’ll connect with existing customers and their families on behalf of one of the nation’s largest insurance providers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and seamlessly transfer calls to licensed Insurance Agents.

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and their families.
  • Engage customers in professional, courteous conversations to build trust and interest.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads, then transfer calls to licensed Insurance Agents.
  • Promote services through outbound sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM systems
  • Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives.
  • Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
  • Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections.
  • Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.

Requirements:

  • Must be a Texas, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, West Virginia or Iowa permanent resident with tangible address verification
  • Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers clearly and professionally
  • Ability to listen actively, handle objections, and build rapport quickly
  • Comfortable working with call scripts while adapting to customer needs
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call management systems
  • Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
  • Must strictly adhere to assigned work schedules and have no scheduling conflicts within the next 30 days
  • Must be able to pass the background check and Drug Test
  • Must complete a self-administered tech validation tool through Thinscale

  • Internet Connection - Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25mbps download and 10mpbs upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, no mobile broadband connections, no wifi-extenders and no Ethernet Wall Jack/Port). T-Mobile is not an accepted ISP
  • Windows 11 Desktop or laptop current on all security updates (Macbooks or Chromebooks are not allowed)
  • High-quality noise-canceling wired USB headset
  • Dual Screen Set-up – a separate 19” monitor with 1280×1024 minimum resolution (this does not include monitors associated with an All-In-One (AIO) unit)
