We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Outbound Leads Generation Representatives. In this role, you’ll connect with existing customers and their families on behalf of one of the nation’s largest insurance providers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and seamlessly transfer calls to licensed Insurance Agents.

Specific Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and their families.
- Engage customers in professional, courteous conversations to build trust and interest.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, then transfer calls to licensed Insurance Agents.
- Promote services through outbound sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM systems
- Deliver sales (number of contacts, number of leads/conversions/sales, etc) results that meet client performance objectives.
- Deliver productivity results (contacts/hour, sales per hour, accuracy) that meet client performance objectives.
- Adhere to standard contact procedures and attempt to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections.
- Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards.
Requirements:
- Must be a Texas, Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, West Virginia or Iowa permanent resident with tangible address verification
- Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
- Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or sales preferred
