Job DetailsJob Location: Remote - Littleton, NH 03561PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Director of Sales & International Business is responsible for the sales, distribution, legal and regulatory aspects of business management for all markets outside of the United States and Canada. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Establishes and manages distributor network overseas. Expands international sales by increasing business with existing distributors and develops business in new international markets. Maintains CRM database to include distributor annual programs and contact points so as to clearly identify responsible parties by market. Travels regularly to meet with distributors and accounts around the world. Oversees customer service responsibilities for international accounts, working with office staff to ensure quality service for customer base. Has oversight responsibility for overseas warehousing and distribution activities. Ensures international sales activities, products and contracts are compliant with international regulations. Manages contracts and technical agreements with overseas companies and consultants. Ensures protections of Tender’s intellectual property rights. Provides input to distributors for development and implementation of strategic plan to achieve successful results for Tender’s products. Familiarizes distributors and any of their representative agencies with the technical aspects of the products and their unique selling points. Increases knowledge of our products, and industry as well as the activities and products of our competitors. Works cross functionally to help bring new product ideas/concepts to life in existing markets to help grow our brands and sales. Evaluates performance of distributors on an annual basis. Prepares annual budget and sales projections for Tender’s international business in a timely manner. Accurately forecast customer needs on an ongoing basis to ensure cross functional visibility and alignment. Participation in webinars and seminars covering new industry and trade developments. Strong track record of opening new markets/customers required Demonstrated ability to manage and grow distributors or 3rd party sales Ability to attend/effectively run meetings in customer’s time zones Awareness of sensitivity to cultural differences and nuances Strong computer, telephone, and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented and organized Must be able to make independent decisions and manage individuals and teams. Overseas travel is required
