Job Description:

  • Own pipeline and revenue across e-commerce brands (primarily Shopify ecosystem)
  • Close $20K–$200K deals independently with DTC brands and mid-market companies
  • Convert product usage, trials, and inbound into paying customers
  • Define and improve PLG conversion loops: free trial → activation → paid
  • Partner with Product to optimize onboarding, in-product conversion, and monetization
  • Analyze drop-off points and continuously improve conversion rates
  • Own Shopify App Store and ecosystem presence (and adjacent platforms)
  • Build relationships with Shopify partners, agencies, and commerce enablement players
  • Drive inbound through integrations, partnerships, and marketplace visibility
  • Understand how e-commerce brands evaluate and buy technology
  • Translate Terrific into clear ROI: conversion lift, AOV, engagement, revenue
  • Identify friction in the buyer journey — and remove it

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling SaaS to e-commerce brands
  • Deep understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento ecosystems
  • Experience working in or alongside PLG environments (self-serve, trials, in-product conversion)
  • Track record of closing mid-market deals ($20K–$200K range) independently
  • Strong commercial instincts — you think in revenue, not activity
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product to influence growth and conversion
  • Clear communicator who can simplify technical value into business outcomes
  • Preferred Background: Shopify Partners ecosystem or marketplace-driven SaaS companies
  • Commerce enablement platforms or retail tech
  • Experience selling to or working with DTC brands
  • Mid-market SaaS sales (not only enterprise)
  • Exposure to product-led growth environments and metrics
