You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving systems and imperfect data.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role will work closely with leadership and have direct visibility into company strategy, operational scaling, and financial decision-making.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">GreenLight is intentionally taking a phased approach, with immediate focus on improving financial visibility, collections discipline, operational reporting, and finance process infrastructure.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role will work alongside existing external accounting partners, internal operational teams, and internal bookkeeping support resources, with the opportunity to help shape the long-term finance function as the company scales.</p><p
