The City Government of Austin, TX, is seeking motivated and dedicated Water Utility Technicians to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of water utility systems, including pipelines, pumps, valves, and meters.
  • Respond promptly to water-related service calls and emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to the community.
  • Monitor and operate equipment used for water distribution, treatment, and storage.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing water utilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections completed, and materials used.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to execute projects efficiently.
  • Participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Working Hours
