HR Assistant - Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic HR team at The Elite Job. This role will focus on providing essential support for talent acquisition and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing recruitment processes from job posting to candidate selection, ensuring timely and efficient hiring.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and assist in drafting job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain a candidate database and track the progress of all job openings.
  • Provide administrative support in preparing offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to keep them updated on their application status.
  • Support in organizing job fairs, recruitment events, and interviews.
  • Assist in managing employee records and data management.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or administrative roles, preferably in a recruitment support capacity.

  • Experience in managing candidate databases and recruitment events is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
  • Standard business hours (9 AM to 6 PM) with flexibility when required.
