Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
  • Phone Handling: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Appointments: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences, and ensure the meeting room is set up as required.
  • Mail and Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to staff, such as filing, data entry, and office organization.
