Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear and concise educational content.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess curriculum effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in content creation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation.
  • Experience with eLearning platforms and tools, such as LMS systems, and familiarity with blended learning methodologies.
  • Prior experience working remotely is an asset but not a requirement.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours.
  • Expectation to collaborate with the team during core business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST), but the role offers flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
