Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Assistant to join our recruitment services team at The Elite Job. As an HR Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting the recruitment team with various administrative and HR functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates for job openings through various platforms and databases.
  • Administrative Duties: Maintain candidate records, prepare and update job descriptions, and assist with interview scheduling and follow-up.
  • Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview details, and application statuses.
  • Job Advertising: Post job ads on relevant job boards and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure that all recruitment-related data is updated and stored correctly in the HR management system.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist the HR department with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, training, and other HR functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an HR or recruitment-related role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software or databases is advantageous.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible working options available for remote work.
