Back-End Operations Specialist - Females for Banking Process

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify financial transactions with accuracy and in compliance with banking regulations.
  • Maintain and manage sensitive customer data with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Coordinate with front-end banking teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Adhere to established service-level agreements (SLAs) and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in real-time, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline end-to-end banking operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
