Business Performance Insights Manager - Vrbo We’re   seeking   a strategic, data-focused leader to drive performance insights and sustainable growth across Vrbo’s markets outside the US.   In this role, you will blend deep market insight, commercial acumen, and analytical rigor to explain business performance, translate insights into actions that improve growth, conversion, retention, and long-term brand health, and shape local strategies.   You will lead the performance narrative for Vrbo in these markets and partner closely with   the Global Markets Sr Director and   Region al   Lead er s, Marketing, Product, Partner Excellence, Customer Service, Data Science, and analytics teams to ensure local market realities inform business decisions. This role is ideal for a leader who can connect the story in the data to strategic priorities, advocate for market needs, and turn complex performance trends into clear recommendations and measurable business impact.   What You’ll Do   Own end-to-end market performance narratives, including explaining metric changes,   identifying   growth levers, and translating insights into clear actions for the business.   Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews by visualizing core metrics and providing concise, decision-ready commentary for stakeholders.   Drive deep-dive investigations into performance deviations, emerging opportunities, and key business questions independently and in partnership with analytics and cross-functional teams.   Partner with Regional   Leads   to   i dentify, prioritize, and champion local market   opportunities   translating insights into localized campaigns, seasonal plans, and demand-supply actions.   Partner cross- functionally   with   Analytics, Finance,   Marketing, Supply, Product, Customer Service, and Data Science to ensure market insights shape product roadmaps, traveler experiences, and commercial priorities.   Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or   a related   field;   Master’s   degree or equivalent experience preferred.   Experience driving commercial growth, business performance, or analytics-led decision-making in travel, hospitality, digital marketplaces, or a related sector.     Familiarity with travel behavior, cultural   nuances   and/or marketplace dynamics in   countries   outside   the US.     Experience   leveraging   an analytics foundation to enable strategic problem-solving, business recommendations, and high-impact initiatives beyond reporting and measurement.   Proven ability to influence without direct authority and mobilize cross-functional teams toward shared goals.   Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.   Functional / Technical Skills: Market strategy and commercial performance management  Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder leadership  Data visualization and executive-ready storytelling  SQL and experience working with large datasets and data tools  Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills  Ability to connect data to action and drive accountability across teams  Why This Role   This role offers the opportunity to shape Vrbo’s next phase of growth in points-of-sale around the world, use data to drive performance and business strategy and help travelers experience the excitement that vacation rentals can bring to their next trip.  The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
