Commercial team members are responsible for driving revenue and business expansion by connecting both potential and existing clients with INVOKE’s solutions across three interconnected business segments - Talent (HRMS, Bootcamps, BPO), Data (Collection, Engineering, Analysis), and Sales (Marketing, Web/App Development, Automation).

Your Responsibilities as a Commercial

  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development : Research and analyse trends in priority markets to identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Insights and Go-to-Market : Provide market insights to help evolve INVOKE's solution offerings and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads in priority markets, ensuring they align with INVOKE's core business segments (Talent, Data, and Sales).
  • Proposal Development and Pitching : Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Analytics, Digital, Finance, Systems, etc.) to translate research into actionable campaign proposals.
  • Client Presentations : Deliver compelling pitches to win clients by showcasing INVOKE’s unique value propositions.
  • Client Relationship Management : Maintain professional relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns to maintain a "zero-complaint" standard.
