Property Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our team. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, renting, and investing in properties while providing professional advice and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in identifying suitable residential or commercial properties based on their needs and budget.
  • Conduct property viewings and explain property features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Prepare and manage property listings across marketing platforms and social media.
  • Negotiate property sales and rental agreements between parties.
  • Provide market insights, property valuation guidance, and investment advice.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Ensure all documentation and transactions comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of property market trends and real estate processes is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
