RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Recruitment Strategy- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies/campaigns to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conducting recruitment strategy discussions with teammates and to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role
  • Screening and Selection- To implement and coordinate with teammates on how to review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific job roles. Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of competent and reliable candidates
  • Business development and sales activities to look for new hiring managers while building relationship with existing clients and candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending job fairs, engaging with trade associations, and establishing relationships with industry professionals. Continuously update and expand the candidate database to streamline future hiring processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding - Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials, including job postings, brochures, videos, and social media campaigns.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
