RESPONSIBILITY:
- Recruitment Strategy- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies/campaigns to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conducting recruitment strategy discussions with teammates and to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role
- Screening and Selection- To implement and coordinate with teammates on how to review applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific job roles. Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of competent and reliable candidates
- Business development and sales activities to look for new hiring managers while building relationship with existing clients and candidates.
