  1. Must be able to teach the SPM/IGCSE syllabus for at least one of the following subjects:
    • IGCSE Secondary English, Malay, or Mandarin
    • SPM English
  2. To teach designated subjects.
  3. To develop lesson plans, instructional materials and activities based on the curriculum & co-curriculum to suit the needs of students.
  4. To design and set assessment papers for designated subjects.
  5. To organize school events and work closely with organizing committee to achieve favorable outcomes.
  6. To assist Pastoral Care Committee & give counseling.
  7. To help inculcate civic sense in students.
  8. To instill discipline and maintain high standard of good student behavior in order to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom and school.
  9. To crate an effective environment for learning through functional attractive displays, bulletin boards and interest centres.
  10. To evaluate students' academic progress by regular assessments and proper recording of their results.
  11. To prepare and keep progressive reports reflecting non-academic social growth of the students.
  12. To communicate with parents through conferences (PTC) and other means to discuss students' progress and collect feedback on school programmes.
  13. To maintain professional competence through lesson observations and in-service training provided by professional growth activities.
  14. To participate cooperatively with respective administrator in performance evaluation.
  15. To contribute actively and constructively during group discussion and committee meeting with welfare and benefits of of students at heart.
