Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Receptionist at Scalesforth, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the front desk. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests as they arrive at the office.
  • Manage phone lines, answer inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff and executives.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment.
  • Ensure all visitors and staff sign in and out of the office as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide general office support including office supplies management and upkeep.
  • Monitor office security systems and ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
