Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote-friendly position, based in Germany, with occasional travel to Munich. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for design, proficiency in graphic design software, and the ability to work independently to create visually stunning designs that align with our brand vision. You will collaborate with a team of marketing professionals and clients to produce engaging and innovative visual content for various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to ensure designs are aligned with brand identity, messaging, and project goals.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, infographics, and digital assets that effectively communicate complex ideas in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Maintain consistency in design across all digital and print materials while ensuring brand guidelines are followed.
  • Edit and modify existing designs based on feedback from clients and team members.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design projects.
  • Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Experience with web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for creative problem solving and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a corporate or agency setting.
