Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient functioning across all departments, including medical, nursing, administrative, and support services.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including maintaining accreditation status and upholding patient safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
  • Manage the hospital budget, including cost control, financial planning, and overseeing billing and insurance processes.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of hospital staff to maintain a high standard of care and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and other external agencies for licensing, inspections, and audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field. A Master degree in Healthcare Administration or Business (MBA) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in hospital management or healthcare administration, with a proven track record of leading large teams and complex projects.
  • In-depth understanding of hospital regulations, policies, and healthcare management systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage operations.

Working Hours:
