Junior Power BI Analyst (Remote, Contract)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power BI Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. In this remote position, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports using Power BI to help drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, visualize data, and deliver insights that support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation processes.
  • Provide training and support to users in accessing and interpreting Power BI reports.
  • Assist in the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and report/dashboard creation.
  • Basic understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience with data visualization tools beyond Power BI is a plus.

Working Hours
