LinkedIn Growth Specialist (CEO Personal Brand)

<p>We are looking for someone to take ownership of our CEO's LinkedIn presence and turn it into a meaningful business asset.</p><p>This is not a social media coordinator position. This is not a "post three times per week" position.</p><p>We are looking for someone who understands how to build authority, grow an audience, create engagement, and generate real business relationships through LinkedIn.</p><p>If your experience is primarily managing company pages, this is probably not the right fit.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage our CEO's LinkedIn profile on a daily basis</li><li>Develop and execute a long-term personal branding strategy</li><li>Write content that reflects the CEO's voice and industry expertise</li><li>Create posts that generate engagement, conversations, and visibility</li><li>Grow the CEO's network with targeted industry connections</li><li>Conduct LinkedIn outreach to establish relationships with potential customers, partners, and industry influencers</li><li>Track performance metrics and continuously improve results</li><li>Stay current on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Proven experience growing personal LinkedIn profiles for founders, executives, or business leaders</li><li>Strong writing skills and the ability to capture someone else's voice</li><li>Experience using LinkedIn as a business development tool, not just a content platform</li><li>Demonstrated success with LinkedIn outreach campaigns and relationship building</li><li>Strong understanding of LinkedIn analytics, Sales Navigator, and growth strategies</li><li>English proficiency at B2 level or higher</li><li>Self-managed, organized, and results-driven</li></ul><p>Preferred Experience</p><ul><li>Personal branding for CEOs, founders, or executive leadership</li><li>B2B sales, lead generation, or business development</li><li>Transportation, trucking, logistics, fleet management, fuel cards, or related industries</li></ul><p>How We Will Evaluate Candidates</p><p>We are not interested in theories.</p><p>Show us:</p><ul><li>LinkedIn profiles you have managed</li><li>Content you have written</li><li>Growth metrics you achieved</li><li>Engagement results</li><li>Outreach campaigns you have executed</li><li>Any measurable business outcomes generated through LinkedIn</li></ul><p>Numbers matter.</p><ul><li>If you have successfully built executive brands and can demonstrate results, we'd like to speak with you.</li></ul>
