Our company is looking for an Operations Supervisor to start immediately!

The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Supervisor for our Philippine Operations. The Supervisor will oversee assistant performance, monitor, and maintain the quality of outputs based on standards provided by the client and the quality team. The main goal is to drive success. The end goal is to increase value, retention, customer satisfaction, and ultimately revenue through expanded use of the Wing platform.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee assistants and monitor their attendance, performance, and the quality of their service and outputs
• Identify areas of improvement and strategize on ways to develop the assistant skills to meet the client expectations
• Conduct coaching sessions to improve performance and to identify assistant challenges and help them to overcome them
• Promote employee engagement through different programs to boost morale
Schedule:

US work hours (40+ hours per week)
Salary:

Basic Salary+ Skilled-based bonus

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or team lead in a BPO environment or similar
• At least a year of experience working in the virtual assistant field
Environment & technology needed for the job:
• Fast reliable Internet connection & reliable electricity
• Professional microphone headset or functional computer microphone equivalent
• Fast, responsive computer
• Clean & professional background/audio environment for video calls with customers
