Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and passionate Photographer & Cameraman to join our dynamic team in the visual media sector. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing stunning imagery and video content that aligns with our brands vision and objectives. You will work closely with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality visual media for a variety of projects, including corporate events, promotional campaigns, and social media content. Key Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, ensuring alignment with project briefs and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to conceptualize and execute visual content that meets specific marketing goals.
  • Edit and retouch images and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and techniques, incorporating innovative ideas into projects.
  • Assist in the planning and organization of shoots, including location scouting and coordinating with talent.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall project strategy.
  • Maintain an organized library of images and video assets for easy access and future use.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a photographer and/or cameraman, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in using DSLR and mirrorless cameras, as well as lighting and sound equipment.
  • Strong skills in photo and video editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in photography and videography.
  • Experience working with clients in a commercial environment is preferred.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of styles and projects is required.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility in hours may be required to accommodate shoots and client needs, including evenings and weekends.
