The role involves overseeing integrated experiential campaigns, guiding creative teams, and serving as a strategic partner to clients. Responsibilities Lead the ideation, development, and execution of integrated experiential campaigns that push creative boundaries and meet client objectives Champion and evolve the creative vision for projects, ensuring alignment with brand goals, cultural relevance, and innovative execution Guide cross-functional teams of 2D designers, 3D spacial designers, motion graphic designers, and strategists through the creative process with clarity, inspiration, and decisiveness Serve as a senior creative partner and trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insight and inspiring confidence through every phase of a project Collaborate closely with strategy, business development, and production leads to ensure creative excellence and strategic alignment Confidently present concepts and campaign thinking to senior client stakeholders and executive teams Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creatives, providing actionable feedback, fostering growth, and building a collaborative culture of excellence Attract top creative talent and nurture an environment that values originality, inclusivity, and accountability Partner with agency leadership to shape the future of the creative department and elevate TH’s creative profile Oversee the development of all creative outputs including presentations, visual design, copy, environmental design, and video/motion content Ensure all creative deliverables are cohesive, brand-aligned, and executed to the highest standard Maintain ownership of the creative vision throughout production, actively collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution For every project, partner with cross functional leads on a content capture plan for marketing materials Once projects are completed, lead the creative team to develop recaps, case studies, and sales/marketing collateral Partner with the marketing team to support website updates, social posts, and award submissions Skills 10+ years of creative experience with a proven track record in experiential marketing, brand activations, and cross-platform campaigns 4+ years in a senior creative leadership role with client-facing experience and team oversight Strong command of visual design, storytelling, and presentation tools (Google, Adobe CC, Figma) Familiarity with digital engagement tools and platforms (e.g., AR/VR, interactive content, social media integrations) Experience working with multi-agency teams and managing external creative/production vendors Company Overview TH Experiential is a digital agency that delivers creative strategy, event production, UI, UX design, app and web development services.
