Responsibilities Author syndicated research reports, market forecasts, and articles covering supply chain technologies and adjacent markets Work on custom research and consulting projects, providing leadership on approach and methodology Engage and maintain strong relationships with key industry players at research and commercial levels Represent ABI Research as a key industry expert in supply chain technologies and markets Provide existing clients with strategic advice and insights into supply chain market trends Help to develop the supply chain services, providing guidance and input based on client’s needs and industry trends Maintain a high industry profile by participating in industry events, delivering webinars, interacting with the press, and being active on social media (e.g., LinkedIn and Twitter) Support sales and business development by preparing customer-specific analyses and participating in key meetings with clients, prospects, and partners Support and share expertise with other team members, including the marketing team and other ABI Research analysts Skills Intellectual curiosity, passion, and enthusiasm for technology innovation are musts for this role Eloquent and outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ambitious with the ability to drive project agendas, including research and commercial activities Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills People-oriented and possess the willingness to develop close relationships with existing and potential clients Advanced skills in manipulating Excel databases and data analytics Minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited University Experience in product management, new product development, product marketing, market research, or industry analysis is highly preferred Familiarity with freight transportation, vehicle telematics, warehousing automation and supply chain software is highly desirable Background in hardware and software technologies and markets is preferred Benefits ABI offers competitive compensation along with an extremely generous benefit and vacation package Rewarding achievement by promoting within Company Overview ABI Research is a market-foresight advisory firm providing strategic guidance on the most compelling transformative technologies.
