They are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical SEO to own and drive the technical SEO strategy for a large-scale website, collaborating with various teams to enhance the user experience and drive organic growth. Responsibilities Understands and makes recommendations regarding the opportunities that the business and fans desire through conducting research and gathering feedback from customers and analyzing product landscape Works closely with internal teams (Tech, Sales, Finance, Client Services, Marketing) to identify features for the roadmap by measuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals Oversees and participates in the planning and execution of one or more strategic initiatives and tactical activities throughout the product life cycle Develops strategy and tracks key metrics used in measuring the success of their products Uses product management knowledge and experience to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities Leverages advanced industry knowledge to evangelize and communicate the value of their products and services Drive go-to-market strategy and launches for new products by leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing decisions Coaches and trains junior colleagues - (business analysts, product managers) in techniques, processes, and responsibilities Skills Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required; degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred 4+ years in a Product Management Role with of hands-on technical SEO experience, with a demonstrable track record on large-scale websites (hundreds of thousands to millions of URLs) Deep expertise in crawl management, site architecture, indexation strategy, structured data, hreflang, and JavaScript SEO Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, across geographies including executive management, product management, operations, sales, and marketing Proven experience working with developers writing implementation specs, reviewing code changes, and QA-ing deployments Experience with international SEO across multiple regions and languages Proficiency with enterprise SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Lumar/DeepCrawl, Semrush, Ahrefs) and Google Search Console Demonstrates strong knowledge of the product management discipline when working on projects Comfortable working directly in complex CMS environments and understanding how content operations affect SEO at scale Highly autonomous. Able to identify problems, prioritize, and drive solutions without being directed Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership Expertise with standard development tools such as Jira, Trello, etc Strong follow-through.
