[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales revenue and growth within health systems and other relevant markets by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships for their digital technology solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to set and achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals. This includes both strategic and tactical considerations Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, department heads, IT decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders Understand the unique needs of each customer segment and tailor sales presentations to showcase the value of digital health tools in addressing their specific challenges Become an expert in the solutions, demonstrating their features, capabilities, and benefits to potential clients Lead negotiations, manage contract discussions, and close deals to achieve sales objectives Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal status using CRM tools Work closely with the CEO and others to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial discussions/trial to post-purchase implementation and ongoing use and support Within approx. 6-12 months, recruit and build your own high-performance sales team to further drive sales acceleration Skills Bachelor's Degree a minimum with Master's Degree a plus In Business, Marketing or a related field Proven Sales Experience Minimum 10 years of documented successful B2B sales experience, with minimum the latest 5+ years of that experience from a relevant healthcare segment. Experience with selling digital healthcare tools is considered a plus Healthcare Industry Knowledge Experience selling directly into hospital systems (incl. at the C-Level) as well as to individual clinics and/or pharma/CRO's with a deep understanding of operations, decision-making processes. An understanding/knowledge of the neurology/cognitive space is a plus Network An extensive/strong network and relationships within the healthcare/hospital/pharma/CRO research space is a major plus Leadership Skills Experience in all aspects of creating and running small high-performance sales teams Relationship Building Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, rapport, and credibility with key decision-makers Solution Selling Ability to understand client needs and align them with digital health solution benefits, presenting them as valuable solutions Self-Motivated High Energy Doer Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results without constant feedback or supervision Presentation Skills Highly proficient in all aspects of Presentation Delivery including practical hands-on preparation of PowerPoint slides, Excel, etc Problem Solving Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in the sales process Willing to Travel While much of the business is conducted virtually, significant travel may be expected at certain periods for customer meetings, trade shows and team meetings Benefits Competitive PTO.
