Responsibilities Contribute to building and maintaining agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, designing and extending our growing library of MCP servers Improve the RAG pipelines that power our knowledge-retrieval systems — all primarily in Python Work closely with a tight-knit team where your ideas carry weight and your contributions are visible Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field 2-3 years of software development experience with strong Python fundamentals Hands-on familiarity with at least some of the AI/ML tooling landscape — whether that's LLM APIs, vector stores, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, or agent frameworks Comfortable navigating ambiguity Can move fluidly between prototyping and production-quality code Have enough curiosity about networking or enterprise infrastructure to appreciate the domain problems we're solving Value clear thinking and good communication in a small-team environment Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning it is Company Overview Our world is increasing in complexity.
